Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect choice of design or size
- Custom artwork or personalised orders
However, if your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Shipping Damage
If your item is damaged during shipping, please send:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged item
We may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (where appropriate)
Order Processing
All orders are processed carefully and packaged securely to help prevent damage during transit.
